North American Senior Benefits — Headwaters Financial Group. We are growing! We are currently accepting applications for life insurance and annuities sales positions. The ideal candidate will have access to qualified leads, attractive commissions, day-one vesting, significant growth potential, one-on-one training, and eligibility for raises every two months.

This is an entry-level opportunity, and we are also seeking candidates who may wish to manage a region. Territories are protected and limited. We provide the best training in the industry for new, unlicensed agents.

Ideal Qualifications: 
  • Prior experience in life insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

  • Ability to follow a proven sales process and adapt to client needs.

  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to integrity and ethical practices.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.

Compensation & Earnings:
  • On-target first-year earnings range from $91,000 to $150,000, with opportunities to earn even more.

  • Offers a competitive commission structure, residual income, backend commissions, and rapid carrier payout for added incentives.
